Trapped in Wolfskull Cave - Help, Please.

I jumped into wolfskull ruins from Wolfskull Cave. I returned to the cave after clearing the ruins, but I see no way out. I am at the base of the hole, and I see light above, but all the walls seem to block me. Can I climb? Is there another exit? Thanks in advance for any help.

trouble with inventory display

My inventory displays with items starting about halfway down the screen. Then the list extends off the bottom of the screen. How do I scroll down to see items in inventory that are not shown? Thanks in advance for any help. (I am new. I reinstalled the game in case that was the problem...
