    Well I'm glad someone finally got a legit and direct response to it! I wish they would have some more concrete information on it, but at least they acknowledge and say they're trying to fix it.

    I didn't think it went against my carry weight, I am just annoyed that I have to scroll through them when I'm looking at my books. I try to keep my inventory clean so I hate having things that I don't need and can't use. I don't think I want to sell them, so I'll just hang onto them!

    Yeah you definitely don't need the Staff of Magnus to complete that. In fact, I don't think I ever used it once, I found other methods easier.

    I'm not sure and am wondering the same thing. I have found that I am unable to get rid of the scrolls at all because they are quest items, even though I've finished the quests I needed them for.

    Update: Uh well, I'm still trying combinations of all of the above and then some, and now something totally random has started happening. All of a sudden these random "Ancient Dragonborn" guys (who look like the Dragon Aspect armor ethereal with no body) just show up and start attacking Miraak!
