Miraak is glitched..

I'm playing on XBox. I was having exactly the same issue. The last thing I tried was as each dragon lands that Miraak absorbs the soul from, I took a swipe at it with my sword and stood in the flow of the soul to Miraak. I don't know which action it was (probably location), but it worked. Every...
