PC Bound Sword spell causing CTD

I have the EXACT same problem. I have another character though (old one), in a different save file, that can cast it perfectly fine on both hands. But the character i use cannot cast it on the right. I also found out (via console) that the bound bow and battleaxe only has 1 spell ID, but the...
