    Best/favorite followers?

    If you follow the Dark brotherhood quest line you get shadowmere the horse, the spectral assassin (to summon) and the invincible dark brotherhood initiate. Then if you get Dawnguard you can get Serana and an armored troll. I have them all the time;).
