Miraak is glitched..

Hey, just thought id put this out there for an alternative to reloading/uninstalling-reinstalling fixes...anyway when Miraak goes etheral glitchy simply go out towards the outer edges of the summit, sneak (find a structure to hide behind) and wait till the eye closes and says hidden (wait a bit...
