    Thanks for your help, I'll try using each of the stage codes beginning with the one that directly follows the stage I last completed. If it fails I'll just have to cut my losses, continue the game without completing the companions questline and start a fresh game to do just that. Thanks again...

    I agree to some extent that the setting needs mixing up after two games in Rapture, but I will miss it, and I'm not too keen on the travelling across the sky on the runners from the look of it, I'll see when I play it.     I enjoy playing and watching most sports (mainly football, badminton, and cue sports) I like to read, go to the beach when it's not ice cold. Music, films, art, scenic walks, building computers, learning, writing.

    I looked at the link you gave me and it says the console command is "setstage CR06 stage" where 'stage' is substituted with a number, but doesn't say what number :-(
