    Fortify Alchemy Enchantment can be obtained from Muiri during a Dark Brotherhood Contract. To get the ring though, you have to do the "extra" favor for her.

    Beast form is indeed useful in the early stage of the game. I find that I use it less and less as the game progresses.

    Avoiding smithing/enchanting/alchemy for balance?

    Don't avoid them but don't go crazy. Like don't make 400 iron daggers to get to 100 smithing. Also, don't powercraft your gear so that they are 'natural'.
