More easily done, just go around towns and go to the inns, asking about rumors. Also, ask the guards in the town, as they sometime mention rumors that can start quests. Mehrune's Razor lets me kill dragons in one hit on Master :D. Besides that, not entirely sure. I have leveled 3 assassin characters to like 30, 40, and 60, but no other types. First Dragon Priest encounter?
Not to sound all elite, but what difficulty were you on? I had no trouble beating him with my level between 8-15 mage, but that is because I just hid behind rocks and used a bow on Novice difficulty. Just so you know, you could always just look them up(google, the 4 skyrim wikipedias that exist, etc.). Worst comes to worst, you can only find their location and you have to test it yourself.- ActOfGod
