CTD in Helgen sequence

I have been playing Skyrim for a very long time and havn't had any issues that I couldn't find a solution for until now. Recently I started a new character, (again, have many), and I noticed 2 issues. 1st on the character creation screen there are now 2 extra Dark Elf images with missing bodies...
