Hi you all !

Because i love this game i made my own pendant of the Skyrim logo. On a 3D print service (shapeway) you can print this out in stainles steel or even pure silver. I would love to hear from members of this forum what they think about this. It is my own interpretation of the logo, from which i make a 3D model.

Have a look if you want

What is the cost to have that created or "printed out" in those metals?

On the right topside you can select what kind of material you want to print out. It is possible in some kind of plastics, but more interesting in stainless steel (in different styles) or even in silver. The prize depends on what kind material you want.

that looks wicked!
I was thinking there should be a necklace or something with that logo.
How do you plan to mount/hang it?

How did you get the object from the game into a format that they could use?

yes you can buy from that site ! I am the 'creator' of that model and i can sell it on that site, Shapeways prints it in the material you choose and they will sent it to you....
the size is 0.8 W x 0.2 D x 1.6 H in inch
2.1 W x 0.4 D x 4.1 H in CM
I think its a good size, but if you want i can make it smaller/bigger

Sure. You did a great job on it. I'll take a photo when it gets here. I'm sure it will replace my current favorite neckless pendant, which is a Space Invader.

I love that thing. I'd like to see it as a hood ornament on an old VW bus.

Looks friggin awesome. Word of caution though, make sure that image/design isn't copyrighted before you make and sell these. Don't wanna get sued by Bethesda.

Great job!

Great job!

This was going to be my advice too. They wiil let you know right away (via a legal letter) if you step on their toes. Hopefully not, as this is GREAT and I want one!

Yes i also thought about that, but i still going to give it a try....it not that i make big money with this, soo i also would be surprised if they would do something ' legal'....

well i guess that you have to order quick, i guess, before i get into jail :)
i'm also working on a Skyrim ring now....people have suggestions how it should look like or what style?

oh......and if people really like my design, it would be great if they want to give me a rating on the Shapeway site (a little bit under the picture). This will help me to get higher in the ranking.
Thanks !

The ring looks cool.
However, I'd be worried about the little point ibts getting snagged on something and breaking.

I have an idea for you:
Go here Skyrim Knotwork at the bottom of the page. keep the ring above but have these knots etched into the ring. Maybe have a gem in there somewhere? between the left and right facing knots?

Edit: of course, they might come after you for doing this too :D

Thanks for the tip of the knotwork...and good ideas. Yes the tail of the dragon could be a problem and maybe easy to break off....its is a much smaller scale then the pendant
