you got to think these guys and ladies programming want for people to explore every aspect of the world they took their time and effort to create. and easter eggs are the prize for us to find.... like the minecraft pick axe

Skyrim easter eggs Feb 24, 2012
Hey guys, this is my first forum I've ever posted before, but anyway now to the Easter eggs! I have been playing Skyrim just a few weeks after its release date and i created multiple characters so far and i realized there is a crap load of Easter eggs, surprisingly a ,Three billy goats gruff. (note: this Easter egg only occurs the first time you enter the area), anyway you must enter the area just before the way to Hag rock redoubt, you will see 2 goats crossing across a bridge, then shortly after another goats passes underneath the bridge, (a reference to the children's story, Three goats gruff.) if you walk underneath the bridge you will see a dead troll.
